As a Teaching School Alliance, we facilitate teaching placements for their PGCE students offering:
- access to outstanding lessons and teachers for observation and planning
- mentoring
- quality assurance
- access to rich and varied CPD
- a range of settings in which to gain a breadth of experience
- the potential of a permanent teaching position on completion of their course
The Centre for Teacher Education (CTE) provides high quality Initial Teacher Education (ITE) and Professional Development for current teachers. With Warwick’s reputation, and the high quality teacher education provided, you won’t find a better stepping stone to a rewarding career as a teacher. That’s why 98% of graduates find employment on completion, with many receiving offers from the schools in which they train.
