School Direct is a school-led initial teacher training programme which provides a fantastic opportunity to train as a teacher ‘on the job’. Hillmorton Teaching School Alliance works collaboratively with the University of Warwick and Ashlawn Teaching School to co-ordinate and support Primary School Direct students in Rugby and the Surrounding area.
