Following amazing feedback from this year's cohort, we are proud to announce the dates for the second cohort of the ‘Women into Leadership’ Programme at Hillmorton Teaching School Alliance, sponsored by the Department of Education, to support our female colleagues in their career development.
Who is it for?
The six-month WIL programme supported 15 delegates in 2018/19 and we will be starting the programme for a second cohort in October 2019. It is aimed at aspiring female middle/senior leaders who would like to:
- Apply for and secure middle or senior leadership positions within education in the next couple of years
- Develop their leadership capabilities, confidence and promotion prospects, and
- Improve their support network and performance in their current role
This exciting professional development programme, specifically for women is being promoted by the DfE. To secure a place on the programme which includes five half-day training sessions and 1:1 coaching, costs £150 per delegate. This reduced cost is possible due to tuition funding by the DfE
Please find attached a flyer with all of the details and dates of the individual workshops and sessions.
